2024 – Pristinz Sunshield Film was installed on the corridors of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine HQ Building in preserving the building modern heritage with historic features of the Palladian style building that reduces thermal heat gain, enhances indoor comfort, and promotes energy efficiency while preserving natural daylight
After experiencing solar heat problem, the company decided to use double-layered window film to reduce the heat.
While it drastically reduce the heat, as the test result show, it made the indoor very dark due to lack of visible light transmitted from outside.
